As part of a two-day workshop with Pôle Emploi, the studio participated in reimagining and designing a more accessible and seamless online registration and re-registration process for job seekers. The workshop brought together 30 participants, including job seekers, Pôle Emploi advisors, in-house experts, and designers from Nod-a. The goal was to make the user journey smoother, as well as to improve the clarity and comprehensibility of the content for a broader audience of job seekers.
